The goal of WP6 is to coordinate the ADAPT-HERD project in an effective and efficient manner, and maximize interactions between partners.

The objectives are to:

• At the strategic level, to steer the project to address all unexpected situations
• At the operational level, to ensure that the project progresses in conformity with the workplan with regards to overall progress, milestones, deliverables and planned resources
• At the organisational level, to optimise the infrastructural setup to support the project with special attention paid to financial, logistic and coordination issues in conformity to PRIMA rules and procedures
